What happens after you send your request

Send us your family size, travel window, and rough budget. Within one business day you get a short reply confirming we understood the trip, and within three business days a shortlist: two resort options in Turkey, two in Egypt, priced per family in USD with exclusions listed inline.

  1. Day 1: we confirm your dates, children's ages, and budget range by email.
  2. Day 2–3: you receive the shortlist with sea-entry, kids club, and transfer notes for each resort.
  3. Day 4: one revision round is included if none of the four options fits.

No resort or chain pays for placement in our recommendations. We are an independent planning service: you pay us, not the hotels.

Refund terms are disclosed next to the form. Full refund within 48 hours of payment; none after shortlist delivery.

Refund policy

Full refund within 48 hours of payment. Once your personalized shortlist has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable, because the planning work is complete at that point.

Included in the planning fee

  • A Turkey-vs-Egypt decision review for your dates and kids' ages
  • A shortlist of typically 4 to 6 family resorts with per-family pricing in USD
  • Sea-temperature and season notes for your travel month
  • One revision round on the shortlist

Not included

  • Flights and airport transfers
  • Travel insurance and local taxes
  • Resort booking itself; we plan, you book directly with the property
