Via the itinerary request form we collect: your name, email address, phone number, and family travel preferences (destination, dates, travelers' ages, interests). We also collect technical cookie data as described in Section 6.
Data is processed to prepare and send personalized family travel itineraries, to respond to your inquiries, and, with your consent, to send promotional communications. Processing is based on your consent under the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI, Articles 6 and 8 (Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI, статті 6, 8).
We do not knowingly collect, process, or profile personal data of children under 13 years of age. Family travel preferences relating to minors are used only in aggregate form to build itineraries and are never used for advertising personalization.
Form data is retained for up to 24 months or until you withdraw consent. We do not sell your data. Data may be shared only with service providers strictly necessary for communication and hosting, under confidentiality obligations.
Cookies and analytics that can identify a person constitute personal data processing. We use a cookie banner to provide prior notice and obtain your consent before such processing, as required by Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI, Articles 6 and 8. You may refuse non-essential cookies at any time.
You have the right to know about the processing of your data, access, rectify, and delete your data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman). Any promotional content on our pages is identifiable as advertising and is not misleading, in line with the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 3295-IX (new edition). We do not personalize advertising based on children's data.
