Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

bindmarks.com (PE, EDRPOU 57710813) provides vacation planning and booking intermediary services for travel to Turkey and Egypt. We are a booking agent, not the tour operator. We arrange travel services on behalf of consumers through third-party suppliers; the suppliers, not bindmarks.com, are the organizers and providers of the travel services themselves. Our activities are conducted on a notification (registry) basis without a tour-operator license under the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР.

2. Fees and Prices

All prices shown on this website are stated in the currency indicated and include all applicable taxes and fees, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-IX, Article 12. Our service fee, if any, is disclosed before you confirm a booking. Supplier prices may change until the contract is concluded; the total price is fixed once your booking is confirmed.

3. Booking Terms

Before a distance contract is concluded, we disclose the seller's identity, the characteristics of the travel services, the total price, delivery (issuance of documents/vouchers) terms, and your consumer rights, per the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection' No. 1023-XII, Article 13. A booking is concluded upon our written confirmation by email after receipt of payment or valid guarantee.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms depend on the applicable supplier's conditions, which are provided to you before booking. Refundable and non-refundable rates are clearly labeled. Where goods/services are of proper quality, statutory exchange and return rights apply within the timeframes set by the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection' No. 1023-XII. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within the period stated in the supplier's terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

As an agent, bindmarks.com is not liable for the acts, omissions, insolvency, or performance of third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, carriers, tour operators). Our liability is limited to the value of our own service fee. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Language and Governing Law

A Ukrainian version of this site and these terms is available to comply with the Law of Ukraine 'On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language' No. 2704-VIII, Article 30. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
